Hi, I’m Vespera - a passionate chef with over 13 years in the industry, from Michelin kitchens to leading private dining experiences across Edinburgh, London and beyond.

My food is rooted in seasonality, simplicity, and Scotland’s incredible local produce. Whether I’m curating an intimate tasting menu or preparing a bespoke buffet, I bring restaurant-level finesse to every table I serve.

Over the years, I’ve cooked for royalty, worked behind the scenes at major events like Wembley Stadium, and led award-winning teams in some of the UK’s most respected kitchens. Today, I run Vespera Maison Dining to create unforgettable, stress-free dining experiences in the comfort of your home.
